Michelle Beney
Michelle’s expertise are in designing and implementing end-to-end business processes/solution, budgeting & forecasting, vendor outsourcing, OTC, Supply Chain, Vendor Contract Management; Material Management (MM) and Manufacturing Costing and Reporting. In addition, Michelle was the Business Partner for mining and manufacturing where she was responsible for budgeting & forecasting in Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. Her responsibilities included providing strategic (financial, inventory, material costing) direction/analysis and forecasted future budget allocation based on a historical, economic and industry trends to assist in decision making. Michelle assisted with operational planning on project management, inventory lead time, transfer pricing and regulatory compliance.
Winnie Chan
Winnie’s expertise are in developing compliance programs, re-evaluating risk assessments, identifying and implementing business process improvements, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial/operational audits, legal compliance reviews, corporate accounting and finance, financial reporting, and due diligence reviews. In addition, Winnie was the Controller for a manufacturing plant where she was responsible for all aspects of financial transactions and providing operational support. Her responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, overseeing accounting departments, working with operational team to roll standard costs, inventory management, material management, labor costs, and allocating research/development costs. A key aspect of the operational support is to assist with supply chain in planning and usage of raw materials, reducing lead-time, and streamline import and export processes to reduce slippage.
